Darby grew up in Stamford and graduated from the University of Connecticut with a degree in Education. For more than 20 years, she has worked alongside financial advisors in operational leadership roles, bringing structure, accuracy, and organization to the systems that support clients behind the scenes. At Prime, she serves as Business Operations Manager, ensuring the firm runs smoothly and efficiently.
She currently lives in Norwalk and enjoys staying active — you’ll often find her at the gym or working part-time as a Captain at The Palace Theatre in Stamford. Darby is also passionate about community service and supports the Bridgeport Rescue Mission in its efforts to assist individuals who are homeless or struggling with addiction.
